* Acting as a bridge between technology and business teams
* Ownership of development plans
* Directing the delivery approach for development teams
* Budgetary responsibility for project spend and benefits realisation
* Communication and project reporting
* Risk/Issue management
Qualifications
* Track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects (ideally within a retail/merchandising/supply chain environment)
* Operational facing experience and being used to managing projects landing in sites and depots
* Experience in managing third party suppliers
* Great influencing and stakeholder management skills across all levels
* Experience in managing onshore and offshore technical teams
