Job Description
Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Operative to join a large and well-established maintenance organisation on an ongoing temporary basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual with previous stores or warehouse experience and a valid forklift truck licence.Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving, checking and storing deliveries
* Picking, packing and issuing stock items
* Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
* Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Ensuring the stores area is kept clean, organised and safe
* Assisting with general warehouse and stores duties as required
Requirements:
* Valid Forklift licence
* Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics environment
* Good understanding of stock control procedures
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and teamwork skills
