The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic panel repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored safely and to manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities:
14. Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
15. Repair, replace, and align panels to manufacturer specifications
16. Use modern repair methods, tools, and workshop equipment
17. Meet productivity and quality targets without compromising safety
18. Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive workshop culture
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair centre
20. Skilled in panel repair and MIG/MAG welding techniques
21. ATA accreditation (or equivalent) is desirable
22. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
23. Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
