Higher Level Teaching Assistant BS31 Covering PPA Monday to Thursday January Start A 2 form entry Primary School in the BS31 area of Bristol is currently looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work through their KS1 & KS2 classrooms, supporting the teaching staff. The Role This role is a part-time position, where the successful candidate will work as a class TA, supporting interventions but also covering teaching during PPA times. Throughout the week, you will have a timetable following the KS1 and KS2 Class Teachers PPA Times. Covering these lessons, you will be required to have a reflective and versatile approach to teaching and learning. You will be expected to: Be flexible and work throughout a number of classrooms Have experience supporting children with SEND Have good knowledge of the educational curriculum. Be creative, adaptable and supportive. Have high expectations of pupils through motivation, encouragement and confidence.
