Role location: Team Leader at our Green Park Day Nursery in Reading.
Role details: This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with shifts between 07:30 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. You will be room-based, leading a team caring for children aged 0-5 years.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a nursery room team, ensuring high standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
* Role model best practices in EYFS and Key Person approaches, inspiring learning and well-being for children.
* Foster a collaborative, safe, and positive environment for children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications
* Full and relevant early years qualification at level 3 or above is essential.
* If not early years qualified, there may be alternative roles available.
Other requirements: You must currently reside in the UK and hold suitable Right To Work. VISA sponsorship is not available. An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references are required. Our Recruitment Team will support you through the process.
