The Technology Platforms Procure to Pay (P2P) Lead will drive and be accountable for Technology Services P2P service across the globe.

This role will lead and optimize our end-to-end procurement and accounts payable processes. This role is responsible for managing the P2P team, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, and payment functions.

The accountability for the P2P team has a direct impact on end user experience and project delivery, therefore being a role model and driving a service-oriented culture throughout the team is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

1. Analyze and identify areas for improvement within P2P processes, recommending and implementing agreed solutions. Have in-depth
2. Lead and manage improvement projects to enhance process efficiency, aligning actions with the Controllership framework and ensuring complete documentation.
3. Provide structured feedback and updates to stakeholders, including Controllership, Finance, and Commercial teams, improvement actions, and project statuses.
4. Deliver training to business functions on P2P processes, incorporating feedback to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives.
5. Partner with P2P teams globally to share and apply best practices, contributing to the development of future P2P policies.

Experience

6. 5+ years’ experience managing and developing technical teams across multiple cultures & global locations.
7. Customer services experience and dealing with senior stakeholders.
8. Significant previous experience in customer focused IT services role.
9. Proven success in improving the customer experience.
10. Experience successfully managing 3rd party service providers.
11. Experience working within a matrix structure.
12. Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or in a relevant business or technical discipline or demonstration of relevant experience.
13. Fluency in English.
14. ITIL Qualification or SIAM knowledge (desirable).

Skills and Knowledge

Stakeholder relationship management

15. Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders who use the P2P service, to help measure the effectiveness of the team and drive service improvement.

Third party supplier relationship management

16. Develops and manages contracts with suppliers to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets, taking account of information security of third parties.
17. Carries out benchmarking and makes use of supplier performance data to ensure that supplier performance is properly monitored and regularly reviewed.
18. Is responsible for the management of 3rd party suppliers ensuring they deliver value to the agreed scope and service levels as well as the implementation of supplier service improvement actions and programmes.

Technical and business knowledge

19. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and ServiceNow.
20. Solid understanding of Purchasing process fundamentals (POs, invoices, RFI/RFP, MSA, SOW), project management, knowledge of information systems and corporate structure.
21. Knowledge of procurement and contract management software such as Coupa, Zycus or equivalent enterprise level platforms.
22. Detail orientated and strong organizational skills.
23. Strong interpersonal & communication skills suited for all levels of an organization across multiple geographies and operating companies.
24. Ability to be proactive and respond with a sense of urgency.
25. Ability to work independently with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.
26. Passion, innovation and the ability to act as a “change agent” for achieving results in a fast-paced TS environment.
27. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
