Vehicle Display & Presentation: Ensure that all vehicles, including used cars and vans, are clean, inspected, and fully prepared for display or customer delivery.
Motor2Go is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Site Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy and constantly moving site. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of used cars and vans through all preparation stages, coordinating vehicle inspections, and overseeing their presentation in our showroom and display areas.
Your role will ensure that vehicles are meticulously checked, inspected, and fully prepared prior to being displayed or delivered to customers. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our showroom's appearance, organizing stock movements, and occasionally assisting with vehicle deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stock Movement Coordination: Manage the stock flow from vehicle preparation through to display, ensuring all cars are inspected, serviced, and prepared to company standards.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by working closely with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.
* Showroom Display: Maintain the professional appearance and arrangement of the showroom to maximize customer appeal.
* Process Management: Follow established procedures and manage vehicle preparation processes as directed by the management team.
* Vehicle Deliveries: Occasionally assist in delivering vehicles to customers or moving stock between sites.
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the site management team
* Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping tasks
* Maintain office organisation and efficiency
* Coordinate site activities and schedules
* Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent etiquette
* Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Computerise documents and files for easy access
* Assist in typing correspondence and reports
* Manage and update databases as required
The successful candidate should ideally have experience or knowledge in:
- Clerical and administrative duties
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Office management skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication
- Data entry accuracy and speed
