Job Description:
Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Executive to join an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Digital Marketing Campaign Executive profile:
The digital marketing campaigns lead will be responsible for reporting and reviewing performance marketing and PPC analytics, aiding strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales funnel, ensuring timely execution, budget management, and alignment with growth plans.
* Running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with expertise in search and display advertising.
* Utilizing Google Tag Manager for setting up triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Setting up and reporting on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborating with teams to ensure campaign alignment, execution, and data-driven strategies.
* Driving and measuring email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and automation efforts.
* Creating targeted content for paid and organic social campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Managing paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, optimizing content, and monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition using automation tools.
* Supporting ongoing improvement of the acquisition strategy.
Required experience:
* Proven success in planning and executing high-impact B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and web content management systems.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup.
* Proficiency in GA4 for data-driven decision-making.
* Experience managing paid LinkedIn campaigns, especially lead generation and audience building.
* Ability to manage internal relationships across various levels of seniority.
* Deep knowledge of paid LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
