Security Systems Contracts Manager
Job Responsibilities
*
o New leads/business
o Managing existing clients expectations/needs
o Grow the security division
o Work alongside the security team and supervisor to ensure they have plenty of work (scheduling team will book work)
o Quoting new works and defects
o Monthly reporting to directors
o Manage own time (days on site, in office, etc)
o Managing CRM/dashboards
Skill set and experience required for a Fire Contracts Manager
* A minimum of three years experience in contract management required, preferably gained in delivering to the public sector.
* Strong knowledge of security regulations
* Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
* Good presentation, leadership & management skills
