As a Graduate Client Manager, you will be part of a supportive culture with personal development programs and buddy schemes to facilitate quick learning and progression into client-facing roles, management, and leadership positions.
The Graduate Client Manager (GCM) plays a key role in managing client relationships across America and emerging markets. Responsibilities include delivering market measurement and insights to major drinks companies and ensuring all standard deliverables are met.
The GCM aims to uncover valuable insights that inform client decision-making by working with the project team to analyze data sources thoroughly and innovatively.
This role involves processing, manipulating, and interrogating data sources to deliver top-tier market intelligence and insights. The GCM supports the Client Manager and Insight Manager in maintaining excellent client relationships through outstanding service and deliverables.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent with strong analytical skills (graduates ready to start immediately)
* Ability to work with various information sources and draw conclusions
* Highly numerate
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* IT literate, comfortable with different software packages
* Strong relationship-building skills

* Excellent communicator with presentation skills
* Strong in relationship building and organization
* Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
* Problem solver with attention to detail
* Able to interpret data and present it effectively both numerically and in writing
