Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will collaborate with Senior P&G Project Architects to lead both internal and external design teams on major building projects across Europe, including new constructions and remodels. Your creativity and expertise will play a crucial role in transforming our workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage the design process from feasibility studies to project close-out, ensuring every phase is executed seamlessly.
* Data Insights for Workplace Strategy: Leverage occupancy and attendance data to create actionable insights, transforming planning principles into effective design toolkits.
* Digital Design Innovation: Utilize AI and parametric design tools to enhance idea generation and user engagement, while developing cutting-edge design capabilities.
*This role is based in our UK Head Office but will involve travel across Europe.

Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture; a master’s degree is a plus.
* Specialization in parametric design and digital modeling tools preferred.
* Proven architecture practice experience.
* Experience in data management and insights for project analysis.
* Familiarity with occupancy planning and attendance data management.
* Digital skills in AI-generated and parametric design.
* Experience in branding and environmental graphic design.
* Ability to integrate design management with project management processes.
* Experience managing external design and project partners.
