EYFS Teacher Location: County Durham (DH1) Start date: ASAP / Flexible Contract type: Full-time / Part-time, temporary with the potential for permanent Pay: £110 – £160 per day (depending on experience and pay scale) Teaching Personnel are working alongside a primary school in County Durham (DH1) who are seeking to appoint an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher. The school are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher to join their team and deliver high-quality learning opportunities in their Reception/ Nursery provision. The role will involve: Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Using continuous provision and play-based approaches to support learning and development. Assessing pupils’ progress and maintaining accurate records. Working closely with teaching assistants, parents, and carers to support pupils’ wellbeing and learning. The ideal candidate will: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Have experience of teaching within the EYFS phase. Be committed to promoting high standards of learning and behaviour. Have strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
