Enterprise Technical Account Manager

The role
* Act as a Senior Technical Consultant for key clients
* Partner with account teams to provide technical expertise
* Act as an owner for the IT Infrastructure portfolio, including service delivery and contractual metrics
* Drive continuous improvement projects and innovative tech solutions
* Work closely with key clients on their IT strategy roadmap
* Develop, coach and mentor L3/L4 engineers
The Person
* Strong experience in systems administration
* Experience working directly with enterprise level clients - ideally 2+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager
* Experience managing teams of engineers
* Experienced in service delivery on an international scale
* Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, virtualisation, data centres
* Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
The salary range for this role is up to £70,000.
