Support individuals in achieving their reablement goals and promoting independence. Provide emotional support and companionship. Follow care plans and report progress or concerns to senior staff. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for service users. Essential Requirements Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes. Right to work in the UK. A caring, patient, and empathetic nature. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
