Job Description:
We are actively looking for a Building Safety Team Leader to join a charity organisation covering the London area on a permanent basis. In return, you will receive 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working, pension scheme contributions, employee discounts, and health plans.
As the Building Safety Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the development and successful submission of building safety cases
* Serving as the main point of contact regarding fire safety within the property portfolio and other buildings
* Ensuring the delivery of the fire safety risk assessment program and overseeing works ordered to specifications in accordance with the Fire Safety Strategy
* Developing and implementing the fire strategy in conjunction with the Head of Property, including relevant statutory documentation
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous fire safety background
* Experience in social housing within the public sector
* NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Fire qualification
* Experience managing fire programs and strategies
