Busy Bees Burton nursery
is rated "Good" by Ofsted and is a purpose-built facility with a capacity of 108 children. Our large, bright, and airy rooms are filled with a wide range of age-appropriate activities and learning resources, catering to every child's needs and interests. Conveniently situated just a 2-minute drive from Centrum East Retail Park and a 10-minute drive from the town center, our nursery is easily accessible. Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents. Act as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment. Required Qualifications
Ideal Candidate: Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner preferred. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
