HR Business Partner - Fixed Term Contract to 31 March 2028 We’re looking for an additional experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team to help us prepare for changes to legislation and local government reform. You’ll work closely with managers across the council, providing expert advice, supporting organisational change and helping us deliver our People Strategy. As our HR Business Partner, you will: Build strong, trusted relationships with managers across the council Provide expert advice on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, change management and organisational development Support and guide service areas through restructures, workforce planning and cultural change Working closely with Trade Union representatives, this is a role where you’ll work with colleagues at all levels, influence decisions, and help shape a positive, fair and modern working culture.
