Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong interest in private client work? Do you have a keen understanding of the needs of elderly and vulnerable clients?
We are looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our clients renowned Wills & Probate team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and provide exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full private client caseload, including drafting Wills, LPAs, and administering estates
* Offer expert advice and support throughout the client journey
* Ensure adherence to firm and departmental processes, meeting fee earning and caseload targets
* Participate in business development activities, including networking opportunities
* Advise on related tax matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws
Required Experience
* Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE
* Proven experience in non-contentious private client work
* Strong technical and case management skills
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage risk and maintain compliance with legal requirements
* Strong business development interest and skills
