Temporary Administrator – Leeds Office (Ref: 947)

Salary: £28,713 pa rising to £33,889 pa after four years’ service.
This position is temporary for up to six months.
Location: Temple Point Bullerthorpe Ln, Leeds LS15 9JL NB; this role is fully office-based.
Hours of Work: 10.00 am – 6.00 pm (Monday to Thursday), 10.00 am – 5.00 pm (Friday).

A vacancy exists for a Temporary Administrator based at the Union’s Leeds Office.

Principal duties are: to provide a typing and clerical/administrative support service.
The successful applicant will possess: telephone and reception skills; the ability to work harmoniously in a small team and with individual colleagues; the ability to demonstrate tact, initiative and discretion; the ability to communicate effectively; well-developed planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines; IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
