About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced bench joiner / carpenter to join our busy workshop team. You will be producing high‑quality joinery items, working from drawings, and assisting with a range of bespoke and production work.
Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing doors, frames, windows, cabinets, and bespoke joinery items
2. Interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists
3. Operating standard workshop machinery and hand tools
4. Working to high accuracy and quality standards
5. Supporting general workshop duties as required
Requirements
6. Previous experience as a bench joiner work
7. Strong knowledge of workshop tools, machinery, and joinery techniques
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Good attention to detail
10. Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
