The Role
You’ll run a busy outbound B2B sales team in our Glasgow office. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to drive activity, sharpen performance, and get results day in, day out.
You’ll be visible on the floor, involved in conversations, reviewing numbers, and keeping standards high.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing and developing an outbound B2B sales team
* Hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
* Coaching individuals to improve conversion, call quality, and consistency
* Using KPIs and Salesforce data to spot gaps and fix them quickly
* Keeping pace, energy, and focus high across the team
What We’re Looking For
* Strong outbound B2B sales background
* Proven experience managing salespeople in a high-volume environment
* Comfortable setting clear expectations and holding people to them
* Confident working with numbers, reports, and CRM systems
* Someone who enjoys being close to the action, not removed from it
