Working for Our Organisation
Our organisation is continually improving, driven by a commitment to deliver excellent care and ensure patient satisfaction. We have opened a new Elective Surgical Hub at King George Hospital (KGH), and our Chief Executive, Matthew Trainer, has been recognized by the Health Service Journal.
We operate from two main sites: KGH in Goodmayes and Queen’s Hospital in Romford. Our facilities include busy emergency departments serving over 330,000 visitors annually. We are actively campaigning for funding to improve patient care and eliminate corridor care.
Our patients benefit from services in Ilford, Hornchurch, and Community Diagnostic Centres (CDC) located at various sites, providing 12-hour services, 7 days a week, with over 88,000 scans annually.
Our staff are diverse, with more than 8,000 employees from 146 different countries, many of whom are part of Ofsted-accredited employer programs. We are excited to introduce an electronic patient record system that will enhance staff efficiency and patient care.
