What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering applicants and managing buyer enquiries
* Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
* Supporting vendors throughout the sales process
* Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage
* Working closely with colleagues to achieve branch targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
* Strong sales ability and confident negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional telephone manner and positive approach
* Self-motivated, well presented and personable
* Knowledge of the Ashtead area is advantageous
* Full driving licence and own car essential
* Committed and professional approach to estate agency
