Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor - Rhode Island (#1276)
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to fill an opening with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company and to work in a technically exciting environment supporting internal and external customers nationwide.
Responsibilities
The role involves conducting surveys and supporting the survey process for long-term care facilities, applying CMS requirements, and working independently and with teams to manage survey tasks and resolve issues in a timely manner. The candidate must be able to set priorities, discuss conflicts openly, seek assistance when needed, and travel as required.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Social Work
* CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training completed and Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) passed
* At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
* Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
* Demonstrated history of independent decision-making to direct and manage the survey process
* Ability to set priorities independently and collaboratively in performing survey tasks
* Ability to discuss conflicts openly and seek assistance to resolve issues
* U.S. Citizenship required
* Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis

* Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per year
* Full-time position (Monday - Friday)
