We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented office administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in office software. The office administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing support to staff and management.
Duties
Oversee daily office operations and ensure that all administrative functions are performed efficiently
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
Maintain office records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office administrator or similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
