Case Worker - Dudley Youth Justice Service

Dudley Youth Justice Service is evolving towards becoming a therapeutic service. A vacancy has arisen, and we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to join our team. You will work with a team dedicated to providing young people with alternative engagement approaches, focusing on helping them desist from offending and anti-social behavior through therapeutic interventions such as art, sports, and music.

We prioritize a Child First approach, emphasizing the positive factors in children's lives to achieve better outcomes.

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic professional with excellent communication skills to work in our multi-agency team. The role involves delivering interventions to individual young people and groups, including planning and delivering programs based on consultations to incorporate their voices and co-design interventions.

You will be part of an evolving, supportive team providing therapeutic youth justice services. Dudley YJS is committed to continuous improvement and effective partnership working with statutory and community organizations to improve outcomes for young people.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with at-risk youth and effective multi-agency collaboration skills. Flexibility, enthusiasm, innovation, and a commitment to working with statutory partners and organizations are essential.
