Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Design and Team Coordinator to support activities within the Marketing Team and the wider Bids, BD, Marketing, and Events Team at DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group. This role suits someone with experience in administrative roles with an interest in design and marketing.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the coordinator will support daily team activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, diligent, and collaborative.
What you will do:
1. Support general administration, monitor emails, arrange meetings, update reports, and assist campaigns and projects.
2. Create and amend branded materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
3. Assist with e-communications and marketing strategies, including emails and newsletters.
4. Support social media efforts with benchmarking, reports, and content creation.
5. Maintain internal communication and documentation, including process documents and project boards on Monday.com.
6. Update the firm’s website and intranet pages, including uploading content and professional photographs.
7. Manage contact records in CRM systems.
8. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content for projects and campaigns.
9. Provide administrative support for projects, including scheduling and documentation.
10. Handle support requests from internal stakeholders.
11. Assist with content management across shared drives and content libraries.
Who you are:
* Organized team player with good administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and proofreading skills.
* Confident with good interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
* Training will be provided; suitable for recent graduates seeking a varied career in a reputable law firm.
* Some travel to Birmingham office will be required.
