What you’ll do
You’ll be part of our Operational Excellence Team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise resource utilisation and operational efficiency. This is an exciting time to join Premium Credit Ltd as we embark on a period of significant growth and digital enhancements.
* Take responsibility for Strategic Workforce Planning, collaborating with business leaders and aligning workforce planning to long-term goals.
* Analyse workforce trends, including attrition rates, skills gaps and growth projections, developing plans that address business needs
* Assess current and future resource requirements, optimising resource allocation to meet service levels
* Collaborate with finance and HR teams to create resource budgets, tracking annual spend against budget
* Develop headcount modelling to forecast staffing needs, with consideration to seasonality, project lifecycles and business growth
* Develop analysis of current provision and performance, preparing reports and recommendations for stakeholders

To be successful as our Workforce Planner you’ll have proven experience in a similar role, leading on workforce planning, capacity management or resource allocation. You will:
* Have a qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
* Have proficiency in data analysis tools and be able to demonstrate your ability to make balanced decisions
* Be solutions focussed, able to use your initiative to manage issues, drive outcomes and suggest process improvements, maintaining commercial awareness
* Have change management expertise to drive improvements.
