EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant – Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and nurturing EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education setting on a temp-to-perm basis through Teaching Personnel Agency. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a structured, supportive environment.
The role:
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday
* Temp-to-perm opportunity
* Supporting pupils within an EYFS specialist setting
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Supporting children with autism, communication and sensory needs
* Helping to create a calm, safe and engaging learning environment
* Assisting with personal care where required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children within EYFS or SEN settings
* Understanding of autism and additional learning needs
* A calm, patient and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
