We haveanopportunity to join ourOperations team as a Health & Safety Systems Administrator, working 28 hoursper week over 4 or 5 days, to be discussed at interview.TheHealth & Safety Systems Admin supports our Production team with Risk Assessments, SOPs, supporting COSHHhowever,will need to be flexible to learn other duties within the departmentin order towork as a team and support colleagues.What youwillbe doing:
* Produce and review risk assessments and SOPs for site, ensuring the site is audit ready.
* Review and collate completed risk assessments and supporting COSHH, ensuring electronic filesand matricesaremaintained.
* Follow all Safety,Healthand Environmental procedures (ISO, SOP's) that relate to this role, enhancing behavioural awareness through actively challenging, ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed (including contractors).
* Deliver administration support for internal communication and education.
* Flexibility to cover other admin roles within the department whenrequiredto build a strong administration team.
* Carry out anyadhocduties that may be required by the business from time to time.
What we need from you:
* The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues,contractorsand suppliers.
* Confidence to work in both a factory and office environment.
* Experienced in auditingand being audited, ideally in Food Manufacturing with 1+years experience.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to deadlines is essential, as is excellent attention to detail.
* Strong administrativeskillsand computer literacy isessential.
* Anunderstanding of SAP would beadvantageous.
