Legal Secretary (Private Client) Stratford-upon-Avon (Fully Office Based) £24,000 - £28,000 p/a Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a multi-office, award-winning law firm. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their private client team in their Stratford-upon-Avon office! Duties and responsibilities of Legal Secretary (private client) include (but are not limited to): Providing full support to the Private Client Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently. Drafting correspondence and full use of case management system. Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person. Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch. The successful candidate will: Have excellent knowledge and experience within wills, probates, and trusts. Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches, ID checks and other work on files without dictation. Extensive legal secretary experience, possessing high levels of speed and accuracy. Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person. Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
