Key responsibilities: Covering pre-ser general lessons across KS3 and KS4 Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies Adapt to different school environments with confidence and professionalism Follow lesson plans left by absent teachers or create engaging content when needed Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records where applicable About the school You’ll be working across a network of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in the Burntwood area. Requirements To be considered for the of a Cover Supervisor you will - Have experience of working with groups of children e.g youth work, dance teaching, sports coaching etc Recent experience teaching in a UK classroom Strong classroom management and communication skills A positive and flexible attitude to working in different school settings An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one through ABC Teachers) Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
