CNC Programmer – Location: Tipton, West Midlands – Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience) – Shift: Day shifts

Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate CNC machines (lathes and/or mills)
* Produce high‑quality components in line with engineering drawings
* Edit and optimise CNC programs to improve efficiency
* Conduct first‑off inspections and ensure components meet specifications
* Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and targets
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer within a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Haas or similar controls preferred)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Experience working with aluminium or similar materials
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
