This will sit within their Retrofit Division who is continuing to grow so this give a real opportunity for the successful candidate to make a mark on the business. Not only will you take control of this project/contract, you will also manage various retrofit contracts in the South region and will look to grow the site team. The Role: As Operations Manager, your mission is to lead project teams and supply chains to deliver compliant, high-spec capital and retrofit works on time and within budget. With ambitious growth plans across the Central and Southern regions, you will be a key figure in ensuring the safety and quality of the UK's housing stock.
