POSITION PURPOSE
As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting with personal sales, and ensuring operational excellence.
You will demonstrate and embody the yd. values of Energy, Collaboration, Inspiration, Success, and Integrity in all your actions – always leading by example.
As a Casual Stylist, your responsibilities include:
PEOPLE
* Driving the brand's cultural values of energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity in every aspect of your role.
* Engaging in effective communication with team members and management.
* Representing the brand professionally and with integrity.
PERFORMANCE
* Applying our CLASS selling steps in every customer interaction to create an exceptional experience.
* Achieving strong sales performance aligned with store goals.
* Supporting the Store Manager in product placement to support sales.
* Maintaining daily store standards in accordance with VM guidelines.
* Developing a thorough understanding of yd. products, features, and benefits using the product guide.
