Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Worker. Azalea Care supports young people with learning disabilities and or autism aged 6-17
Duties:
Adhere to and follow all safeguarding policies and procedures
* Assist young people with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Perform housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning
* Assist with medication administration
* Accompany young people to appointments or outings
* Follow care plans and risk assessments
The successful candidate must be able to work in line with a rota plan which will include sleep ins, there are good opportunities or progression within the role and the growing company.

Qualifications:
Be willing to complete level 3 diploma in residential child care or already hold this or equivalent.
