This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, cross-border deals and collaborate with market-leading professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on corporate real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and ancillary documentation.Managing transactions from inception to completion, liaising with clients and other stakeholders.Supporting senior lawyers on strategic matters and mentoring junior team members.RequirementsQualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3–5 years PQE in corporate real estate.Strong experience in M&A and investment structures within the real estate sector.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
