What you’ll do:
* Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
* Support ISO 45001 and legislative compliance
* Deliver internal training and engage with site teams and subcontractors
What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in a senior HSE role within engineering/construction
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and site-based safety practices
* A confident communicator with a hands-on, can-do attitude
