Company Commercial Solicitor (Head of Department), 8+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, GBP 80,000+ (DOE) : This is more than a technical legal role. THE ROLE:
- As Head of Company Commercial, youll have the autonomy to drive the department forward while being supported by a collaborative leadership team that values fresh ideas and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Youll work with a diverse client base, from ambitious start:ups and owner:managed businesses to established companies requiring strategic legal advice on their most important commercial decisions.
- Alongside your client work, youll have the opportunity to influence the future of the team-developing people, enhancing services, and helping the firm strengthen its presence in the local business community.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Company Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE.
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial matters.
- A natural ability to win work and develop long:term client relationships.
- Experience leading or mentoring colleagues and supporting team development.
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
- A collaborative leadership style and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service.
