Job summary
The Education Facilities team supports and manages the Trust's education and learning spaces for staff, students, and trainees. The team manages rooms, provides audiovisual support for meetings, and sets up equipment for various training sessions. They are the first point of contact for all users.
We have education learning spaces across the main hospital sites, including classrooms, clinical & simulation training areas, and lecture theatres.
Main duties of the job
1. Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Education Centre.
2. Oversee and maintain the Education Centre and its resources.
3. Manage room bookings.
4. Assist in room preparation prior to use, including setting up equipment and moving furniture.

Qualifications
* Essential: NVQ Level 3, RSA 3, City and Guilds certification, or equivalent experience.
* Desirable: ECDL.
