Responsibilities
1. Assisting with raising Purchase Requisitions
2. Ordering supplies for the office
3. Point of contact for landlord in Manchester
4. Manchester office point of contact for IT issues
5. Point of contact for HR issues in Manchester office
6. Point of contact for Health & Safety for Manchester
7. Oversee Office Risk Assessment for Manchester office
8. Manchester facilities management
9. New staff inductions for Manchester Office
10. First Aid representative – Training will be provided
11. Fire Warden – Training will be provided
12. Reviewing and assisting with renewing office contracts for Manchester office
13. Ensure staff PPE stock levels are being monitored and recorded
14. Assist with booking travel
15. Assist with inputting expenses for Directors
16. Credit card reconciliation
17. Document formatting
Required Qualifications
18. Excellent keyboard skills, including competence in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel.
19. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
20. Must have high attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner.
21. Educational qualifications to a degree level or equivalent are desired but not essential.
22. Excellent communication and time management skills.
23. The ability to project a positive and professional attitude at all times.
24. Personable and a ‘can do’ attitude with resource management experience.
25. Able to establish rapport and good working relationships within the office and project teams and Clients.
26. To be able to work as part as a team and collaboratively and co-operatively.
Preferred Qualifications
27. Knowledge of ISO9001
28. Qualification in Organisational Management
29. First Aid Qualification
30. Knowledge of QA and Health & Safety practices
