As Head of Social & Digital, you'll lead the charge on digital strategy, brand storytelling, and audience engagement - building passionate communities, driving acquisition, and bringing the brand to life across every digital touchpoint. The role is based in Maidenhead and offers a hybrid working model. Responsibilities: Define and deliver a bold digital and social media strategy, aligned with the company's commercial and brand growth goals. Conduct a full analysis of the brand's digital footprint, identifying key opportunities to optimise performance, visibility, and engagement. Lead the development of a comprehensive social and digital architecture that maximises channel performance and ROI. Oversee the creation and implementation of content and social media strategies that align with brand campaigns and digital marketing plans. Partner with digital performance, brand, and data teams to optimise customer journeys and ensure a seamless digital funnel. Manage content production, PR initiatives, and community engagement, ensuring consistent brand voice and measurable impact. Identify and act on cultural and real-time marketing opportunities to position the brand at the heart of relevant conversations. Build strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring the brand's reputation is protected and enhanced across all channels. Drive a data-led approach to digital marketing - transforming insights into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes. What We're Looking For: Extensive experience in digital marketing or social media leadership roles within consumer-facing, fast-paced, multi-channel environments (ideally entertainment, retail, or hospitality). Proven track record of delivering outstanding PR, content, and social media strategies that drive growth and engagement. Deep understanding of digital performance metrics, analytics, and attribution models. A collaborative, creative leader who can inspire teams and foster innovation. Commercially minded with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at senior levels. A proactive, curious, and resilient leader who thrives on challenge and change.
