Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day store operations
2. Process rapid delivery orders (less than 1-hour service), handle in-store orders, and manage requests from head office
3. Mix paint and maintain standards in-store and on machines
4. Assist with tasks related to our last-mile delivery solution
5. Monitor targets, profits & losses
6. Form close partnerships with key customers
7. Manage stock & customer accounts
8. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
9. Inspire first-class customer service and actively engage in proactive customer outreach during downtime
10. Demonstrate a commitment to going above and beyond to make a customer’s day
What we are looking for/requirements:
11. Proven experience in retail management with a consultative sales approach
12. Confidence in using a computer and proficiency in numbers
13. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
14. Ability to work calmly under pressure
15. Organised and self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
This role is Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
£30,000 salary
