Recruitment Administrator 6-Week Fixed-Term Contract

30 - 40 Hours a week - we can be flexible
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon Immediate Start Preferred

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team on a 6-week fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a growing care organisation committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the screening of candidates in line with role requirements

* Coordinating and scheduling interviews efficiently

* Responding to candidate and internal queries in a timely and professional manner

* Supporting compliance and onboarding processes, including DBS checks, ID verification, and reference collection

* Maintaining accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven administrative experience, ideally within recruitment or HR

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* High attention to detail and a proactive approach

* Familiarity with recruitment systems and onboarding processes is desirable

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, work well under pressure, and provide exceptional support to our recruitment function.
