Are you a detail-oriented developer with a passion for automation and data processing? We’re looking for a Data & Document Automation Developer to join a growing, tech-forward team driving innovation in automated communication solutions.
You'll work across dynamic projects using a blend of proprietary tech and industry tools to automate data workflows, support client delivery, and build internal systems. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact and grow within a stable, collaborative environment—this is it.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating and maintaining automated data pipelines using our proprietary ADPS (Automated Data Processing System).
* Supporting clients, account managers, and sales teams by querying transactional data and delivering accurate, timely solutions.
* Designing and maintaining Quadient Inspire Designer workflows and generating mail-merged outputs (letters, envelopes, postcards, etc.).
* Implementing and maintaining internal .NET applications to support business operations.
* Handling and transforming data from formats like TXT, CSV, Excel, PDF, XML.
* Integrating data processes with document composition tools, using scripting and modules for personalised outputs.
* Adding barcodes and dynamic elements to ensure mailing integrity and production efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience
* 2+ years’ experience with Quadient Inspire Designer (scripting experience essential).
* 2+ years’ experience with T-SQL.
* 2+ years’ experience with C#, .NET, Visual Studio.
* Experience with SSRS, Power BI, HTML, CSS, APIs is beneficial but not required.
* Proven ability to manipulate data, create mail pieces, and process for UK and international postage using tools like PAF, MPS, and Mailsort.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel & Word.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
