* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
* Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and helping them grow and succeed.
* Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends, ensuring solutions remain cutting‑edge.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in software development with previous leadership experience.
* Tech knowledge: proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins. Good experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
* Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
