Job Description
* Manage client accounts, including reconciliations and payment allocations.
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
* Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding account queries.
* Monitor compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
* Assist in the preparation of audit documentation as required.
* Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payments & Reconciliation Assistant should have:
* Experience or educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
