The Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking tractor driver to join our team at Worth Farms Produce Limited. The business operates over 1,400 acres on South Lincolnshire and Norfolk growing Speinach, Leeks, Kale and Cavolo Nero. This is a hands-on role for an individual who prides themselves on the quality of their work. The role will consist of fertiliser spreading, Hoeing and general farm tasks. This role will be mostly spent on a new john Deere 6R 185.
