As a Deputy Manager you will be a Head of Department, and fully accountable for either the Bar, Restaurant or Team. You will also be responsible for upholding our culture and values, a champion of standards, and leading the team to deliver an authentic fresh-food based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town!

Responsibilities
* Support and lead as Deputy Manager with accountability for either the Bar, Restaurant or Team.
* Uphold Hickory’s culture, standards, and values while developing the team to deliver the menu and guest experience.
* Partner with the Head of Department to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
