The Role
Supporting the Director of Finance, you'll be responsible for:
* Preparing robust management accounts with insightful analysis
* Delivering showroom performance dashboards & ad hoc reporting
* Overseeing stock accounting & financial controls
* Leading budgeting & forecasting processes
* Enhancing systems, processes, and reporting tools (including AI-driven solutions)
* Supporting audits, tax compliance & financial statement preparation
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with strong technical skills
* Detail-oriented & commercially astute, with an analytical mindset
* Polished, professional, and confident communicator
* Excel & financial reporting expert, adept at process improvements
* Time management pro, balancing strategic priorities
